They did not seem to be well cleaned or maintained. There were greasy hand prints/marks on the exam table and the exam rooms had unkept floors. This is not a good look when the receptionist is the first person the patient comes in contact with. She came across as snippy and dismissive. As posted/stated with other reviews the office is lacking in several areas. There is no reason to give them even 1 star, other than its necessary to post this review. The Advanced Pain Management surgery centers in Waukesha, Beaver Dam, Fort Atkinson and Green Bay are not included in the receivership proceedings but are also closed.I would avoid this facility if possible.
